Capability: Auto delivering pouch → auto filling → auto cleaning pouch margin and charging nitrogen → auto controlling cover → auto rotary cover → auto checking unqualified produce and separating →auto seceding bag.
Features: Uses combination control of the PLC system and MMI. Highly intelligentized and automatical, the filling pump independently controls filling, and won't fill when the pouch runs out. And also a refluence pump prevents leaking and eliminates air bubbles. The whole fitting is add the air filters, applying to high request of sanitation on asepsis filling for fresh milk and yoghourt. The feed bucket uses stainless steel tube for CIP cycle cleaning. And the electric organs are of famous German and Japanese brands.
